David is an entrepreneur with a broad business background. After graduating from the University of Miami, with a degree in Business Administration, he moved to New York, married, and started his career in sales and marketing with a major foreign airline. While primarily responsible for sales, he created two of their most successful special interest tours, and used his own initiative to negotiate the first airline travel club with a major bank.

He later moved to Miami, and grew his family with the addition of two sons. He worked for a manufacturing company in sales administration and management for ten years before striking out on his own. As an entrepreneur he founded a company specializing in affinity programs designed to help companies and organizations increase and/or retain their customer/membership base. David has negotiated agreements with senior management at Fortune 500 companies, developed loyalty programs for major corporations and charitable organizations, has offered his consulting services to other businesses, and has done extensive research in a number of business related areas as required for various projects he has been involved with. His broad and diverse business experience combined with his creative skills enable him to analyze situations quickly and to offer viable solutions to problems, including outside the box solutions when conventional solutions won’t work.

He started his second career when he relocated to Orlando and joined the Commercial Group at Prudential Florida Realty, working as a Business Broker and in Commercial Real Estate, while specializing in commercial leasing. He quickly found his niche in retail leasing, working with national franchise client's and their franchisees throughout the United States, both with the site selection and lease negotiation process. David’s experience in negotiating and in analyzing situations have greatly enhanced his skills in commercial leasing. His network of contacts in the Orlando MSA, Florida, and throughout the country enable him to quickly locate the best possible sites for his clients.

His vast background in sales and marketing further enhance his abilities in business brokerage and commercial real estate. He relates to people at all levels, and is easy to work with. His knowledge, experience, and skills make him a valued asset to all his clients.
